On October 17, the VISAHO Management Team at Capital Place, in collaboration with the Hanoi Fire Prevention & Rescue Police Department, successfully organized a fire safety awareness program and emergency response drill. The initiative aimed to enhance preparedness and response capabilities for tenants and occupants within the building.
During the program, professional officers provided guidance on fire prevention, emergency handling procedures, and hands-on practice with fire extinguishers. In addition, a full-scale fire drill was conducted at the building, featuring multiple simulated scenarios: At the basement level, a simulated motorcycle fire incident was promptly detected and effectively handled by the security team, ensuring safety across the area. A fire scenario at the ground floor was executed with swift and professional coordination among the on-site security, technical team, and fire response unit. All participants were safely evacuated to designated assembly points.
The drill was successfully completed, equipping tenants with essential emergency response skills while strengthening coordination among all involved parties—contributing to a safer, more secure, and reliable working environment for everyone.
